Where do you ship?

We proudly ship throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally.

If you are unable to place an order directly through our website, please contact us at sales@luboshadaptive.com and our team will be happy to assist you.


How much does shipping cost?

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over CAD $100 (before taxes and shipping).

  • Orders under CAD $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order size.


Do you offer free shipping in the GTA?

Yes! All orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) qualify for free local delivery with no minimum purchase required.


U.S. Shipping

We're pleased to offer shipping throughout the United States.

U.S. customers can place orders directly through our website and enjoy access to our full range of adaptive clothing designed for comfort, dignity, and ease of dressing.

Good news for our U.S. customers: We cover all applicable customs duties and import charges on orders shipped to the United States. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay—there are no additional duties or customs fees upon delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Lubosh Adaptive Wear reserves the right to modify or discontinue duty-paid shipping promotions at any time without prior notice.


International Shipping (Outside Canada & U.S.)

We proudly ship worldwide.

Customers shipping to countries outside Canada and the United States are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other charges imposed by local authorities

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.


How long will my order take?

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

  • During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Estimated delivery within North America is 5–10 business days (excluding processing time).

  • International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are estimates only.

Lubosh Adaptive Wear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Labour disputes

  • Natural disasters

  • Other circumstances beyond our control


Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. If you require expedited delivery, please select Express Shipping at checkout or contact sales@luboshadaptive.com for a custom shipping quote.
