What is your return window?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received


Do you offer free returns?

Yes! We offer a Free 2-Day Size Exchange Program. (CANADA ONLY)

If you initiate a size exchange request within 2 days of receiving your order:

  • Return shipping is free (CANADA ONLY)

  • We will provide a prepaid return label

  • We will process your replacement as quickly as possible

Free size exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.


How do I start a return?

You may:

Option 1: Initiate a return through your customer account.

Option 2: Contact us at returns@luboshadaptive.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Who pays for return shipping?

  • Size exchanges initiated within 2 days of delivery qualify for free return shipping. (CANADA ONLY)

  • Standard approved returns are subject to a return label fee of CAD $12 plus applicable taxes. (CANADA ONLY)

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by Lubosh Adaptive Wear.


What about damaged, defective, or incorrect items?

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@luboshadaptive.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

If the issue is confirmed, Lubosh Adaptive Wear will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs

  • Provide a replacement item or full refund, based on product availability and customer preference


What items cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn items

  • Washed items

  • Items missing original tags

  • Items not returned in original packaging

  • Items not returned in original condition


How do exchanges work?

For size exchanges requested within 2 days of delivery, we provide free return shipping and expedited processing. (CANADA ONLY)

For all other exchanges, customers may return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.


How are returns inspected?

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds and exchanges are subject to verification that returned products meet our return eligibility requirements.

Lubosh Adaptive Wear reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.


How do refunds work?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact returns@luboshadaptive.com.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.


International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

If a package is refused by the customer or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, import duties, taxes, or carrier charges, any resulting costs incurred by Lubosh Adaptive Wear may be deducted from the refund amount.
